To allow Blue Ocean to connect to your computer using UVNC, click here.

What is UVNC?

UVNC, or Ultra Virtual Network Connection, allows a remote user to connect and take control of your computer from anywhere in the world. This allows Blue Ocean to preform fault finding with installation problems or other software issues or even preform a demo or training on the user's own computer. Note

The user has the ability to disconnect the remote user at any time.

The connection can only be established with the user's approval. We cannot connect automatically.

No software needs to be installed.

After disconnecting, nothing is left behind.
